These Terms & Conditions govern order cancellations, returns, and refunds for purchases made through xianwustore. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. Customer Order Cancellation
Before Shipment

You may request to cancel your order without additional charges provided the order has not yet entered processing, packing, or shipment.

Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be available.

After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it generally cannot be cancelled or modified while in transit.

If you no longer wish to keep the items, you may request a return after delivery, provided the return meets the eligibility requirements described in our Return & Refund Policy.

2. Order Cancellation by xianwustore

xianwustore reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including but not limited to the following situations:

Product availability limitations
Pricing or product information errors
Payment authorization or verification issues
Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
Circumstances that prevent successful order fulfillment

If an order is cancelled after payment has been successfully received, any approved refund will be issued using the original payment method.

3. Returns and Refund Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date the order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, products must:

Be unused and in their original condition.
Be returned in the original packaging.
Include all original tags, accessories, manuals, and protective materials (where applicable).
Show no signs of misuse, damage, or alteration after delivery.

Returns that do not satisfy these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or product integrity reasons, unless they are defective or incorrectly supplied.

These may include:

Opened cosmetics
Personal care products
Fragrances
Underwear, swimwear, socks, and similar intimate apparel
Clearance or final sale items
Products identified as non-returnable on the product page

Where required by applicable law, your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

After a refund has been approved, processing is generally initiated within 3 business days.

Depending on your payment provider or financial institution, it may take an additional 5–10 business days before the refunded amount appears in your account.

Non-Refundable Charges

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the following charges are generally non-refundable:

Original shipping charges
Return handling fees (where applicable)
Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable)

These charges may be refunded if the return results from an error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect, damaged, or defective item.

Return Shipping

For eligible returns that are not the result of our error, a return shipping fee of AED 20 may be deducted from the refund amount to cover return transportation and handling costs.

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product supplied by xianwustore, return shipping charges will generally not apply where appropriate.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, your purchase, or the use of our website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
